I have been diagnosed with Peyronie’s and I’m about to start vacuum treatment. This was caused by breaking my penis and was misdiagnosed as ED (erectile dysfunction) due to being diabetic.

I have experienced penis shrinkage over the years have tried oral treatment with little or no effect, having spoken to my consultant he said the vacuum treatment will treat the plague scar tissue by pulling on it may help me get back a normal erection which I'm hoping to achieve.

I will keep you up to date with this treatment at the moment I get partial firmness enough to masturbate but not always.

I wish you a good luck with your vacuum therapy. There is no question that it will help you to get erection on demand.

However, if you want to address penis curvature and / or penis length, then traction device is a better option. This article explains when it is better to use pump and when traction device.
